Is the pool heated?
The swimming pool is solar-heated so logically it is warmer during sunnier periods. Solar heating is environmentally friendly and you would have to pay extra for other villa’s heated pools!

Is the villa suitable for guests with young children?
Our maintenance company can provide facilities such as a high-chair etc. on request. Please let us know on booking if these are required and we will organise this for you. Otherwise, the property is situated on one level so there are no stairs which can be a hazard for children. The swimming pool area is screened therefore keeps the children nearby away from the lake etc. We request that children are supervised at all times when in the pool area.

Is the villa suitable for disabled guests / the elderly?
The villa is situated on one level so there are no proper steps anywhere. The layout is also very practical and user-friendly with its open-plan main living area.

What villa services are provided?
Before you arrive, our local maintenance company thoroughly cleans the property and supplies fresh linen and towels. The gardens are regularly professionally maintained and the pool cleaned. A full inventory check is carried out to ensure adequate supplies.

Who do we call if we have any problems whilst we are at the villa?
Our maintenance company (contact details will be provided on booking and can be found at the villa) are on hand to deal with any problems you may have promptly and efficiently.

What kitchen utensils are provided?
The kitchen is fitted with all major appliances and an adequate supply of pans, plates, dishes, glasses and cutlery to satisfy the needs of the number of people in the villa.

What else is provided?
All bed linen and towels are included. The villa is fully equipped with items such as a hair dryer etc.

How do we locate and enter the property?
On paying fully for the booking, we will send you details of how to get to the villa from Orlando Airport. We will also give you further details on obtaining the key.

Are there shops nearby?
Yes, there are a variety of shops nearby including Wallgreens, Publix etc. within walking distance / 3 min drive. More shopping is available nearby. 10 minutes drive away is “The Loop”, a large mall with over 45 shops and restaurants.

Are there restaurants nearby?
Applebees, Subway, Checkers, Burger King, Kentucky Fried Chicken, various take-aways (pizza etc.). Wherever you are in Orlando / Kissimmee, you are never far away from numerous restaurants and supermarkets!

Are there any medical services nearby?
There is a walk in Medical Centre within a 5 minute drive and also large chemists / pharmacies. The Heart of Florida general hospital is the nearest large hospital. Our management company will also be able to advise in case of emergencies.

How many people can stay in the villa?
The villa is currently set up for 6 guests (2 double beds and 2 twins), however a pull-out sofa bed means the villa can take up to a maximum of 8 guests. Only people named on the booking form are allowed to stay at the property.

Is the villa regulated/licensed?
The villa is licensed and complies with the safety requirements laid down by Florida law

Are pets and smoking allowed?
Sorry, no pets are allowed in the villa. Smoking is also not allowed in the villa, it is fitted with smoke detectors, but you may smoke outside using the ashtrays provided. Please note that Florida Law states that smoking is not allowed in public places.
