Welcome to our unique Florida Villa, unique in the sense that the villa has been lovingly maintained by us (the private owners) for the past several years. It’s not just a holiday villa, it’s your home away from home!
The Villa is located in Buenaventura Lakes, a prime area of Kissimmee near to all major attractions such as Walt Disney World, yet set within a quiet cul-de-sac in a friendly, quiet neighbourhood.
Outside, our stunning garden and view sets the villa apart from others. The beautiful landscaped mature garden which surrounds the property gives a real feel of seclusion. The villa backs onto a lake which serves to enhance the idealistic sunsets. A patio area with BBQ supplied offers excellent al-fresco dining. And what better way to spend an evening after a day of rollercoaster riding than to relax in the screened solar-heated swimming pool whilst gazing at those sunsets over the lake!
Inside, you will find 3 bedrooms (1 master with en-suite, 1 double and 1 twin-bedded), a family bathroom and on open-plan – the kitchen, dining area and lounge area. There is also a separate area which offers formal sitting/dining. 2 TV’s with VCR / DVD players and cable TV.
